With an onboarding questionnaire and 60-minute intake call, we take the time to fully understand your child's health history, barriers to sleep, and your family's preferences and needs.

2. A PERSONALIZED SLEEP PLAN

We'll curate a step-by-step sleep plan personalized for your child and assist you in implementing it. Depending on your child’s needs, this can include feeding and sleep schedules, establishing a pre-sleep routine, nutritional changes, and our attachment-friendly variation on traditional sleep training.

3. ONGOING SUPPORT

Every child is unique, so we’re prepared to be by your side to help problem-solve and tailor your plan to your child’s needs. We provide ongoing support via three 20-minute check-ins and access to unlimited text and email support throughout the 60-day duration of the package.
